Hi, I’m Sonni.
I'm a Bergen County girl through and through. Before I was selling homes in the Northern Valley, I was a Caruso — growing up in the area, playing softball at Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Township, and eventually going on to play in college for a year before I transferred to the Fashion Institute of Technology to chase a different dream.
That FIT background isn't just a fun fact. It shaped the way I see homes — the lines, the light, the potential, the way a space makes you feel the second you walk in. It's the same eye I bring to every listing I stage and every renovation I've taken on.
What’s unique about me
I've been helping families buy and sell across the Northern Valley for about ten years now. My business runs almost entirely on referrals and relationships, which is exactly how I like it! I'm not trying to be everywhere or sell everything. I'm trying to be the person you call when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life in this little corner of Bergen County.
I'm licensed in both New Jersey and New York, which matters a lot up here, where so many moves cross the line into Rockland County. And because I've actually flipped and renovated homes myself — my dad's a kitchen designer, so I come by it honestly — I can walk a house with you and tell you what's a quick cosmetic fix versus what's going to cost you.
My everyday life
I've called Harrington Park home since 2018, and I'm genuinely woven into this place. I've served as co-president of the Junior Women's Club of Harrington Park, and I'm currently co-head of fundraising at my kids' school. And I still can't stay away from a softball field: I play, I coach, and I sponsor youth and adult teams around town.
I'm a mom of three, a shameless supporter of every local coffee shop and small business I can find, and the person who actually knows which streets flood and which block has the best Halloween. That local knowledge isn't on any listing sheet but it's exactly what you want when you're choosing where to plant your family.
