Door-to-door to Midtown typically runs 45-60 minutes depending on time of day. Because we're right by the state line, plenty of residents also work in Rockland or Westchester County, NY.

Northvale has quietly become a destination for active families, thanks to the cluster of sports and recreation spots along and around Legrand Avenue. The Fieldhouse is a state-of-the-art indoor multi-sport complex — turf for soccer, lacrosse, and softball, basketball and volleyball courts, batting cages, and speed and agility training. Just down the strip, Prestige Pickleball Club brings five climate-controlled indoor courts to one of the fastest-growing sports around, and Paradise Hockey gives local players a place to train and skate. For the littles, Imagination Lane is a beloved indoor play space — perfect for younger kids and rainy-day mornings. It's the kind of amenity cluster that keeps the whole family busy year-round, no matter the age or the weather.
